Cancellations, Return & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation – If order is canceled before Shipping, full refund will be made.
  2. Cancellation – Orders once Shipped, are delivered by default. However, in any rare instance that you would want to cancel your order, email us at (email id ) before the order is shipped.
  3. When are returns available – We believe in working towards providing a pleasant & hassle-free shopping experience. However, there could be situations, where a refund of payment made would have to be processed. But the return request has to be done within 7 days of delivery.

      Examples:

      • Damaged product delivered. Click a photograph of that and send us an email with the order id and invoice no. within 4 hours of delivery. 
      • Wrong product is delivered from our end. 

      In both cases, an exchange could be made but if the product is out of stock, then we will notify you as soon as it is restocked and a refund will be made.

    1. When returns are not available – When the product is damaged or not in the same condition that it was received or a product has been tampered with or anything from the delivered package is missing, including and not limited to price tags, labels, original packing, accessories, etc.
    2. Refunds Process – Any refunds will be processed back to the same account from which it was made. Ex. Refunds for a payment made from a credit/debit card would be processed back to the same credit/debit card.
