  1. Description – This website is operated by DigiQure (brand of IOTA Informatics Pvt. Ltd.). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DigiQure. DigiQure offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
  2. Membership Eligibility – You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use the DigiQure MarketPlace site.

  3. Pricing & Payment Options – Invoices will be dated as of the date of the shipment, and are payable on an open account immediately at the time of order or at the time of delivery of items as per the payment option chosen by the Customer. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and may be made by cheque, cash on delivery, online transfer, credit or debit card, ECS, DD.
  4. Return & Refund Policy – We believe in working towards providing a pleasant & hassle-free shopping experience. However, there could be situations, where a refund of payment made would have to be processed. But the return request has to be done within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are applicable for products received in unopened and unused condition. If opened but returned in the original packing and working condition, the customer will be eligible for a credit note/ replacement of the same or greater value.   6. Ordering – Orders by Customer are subject to acceptance by DigiQure as per the availability of the product. Placement of order by Customer will constitute acceptance of terms and conditions listed on the Website. No terms and conditions appearing in Customer’s order that are in variance with or contrary to these terms and conditions shall be binding upon Collateral Medical unless specifically agreed to in a writing signed by Us.
  7. User Obligations – You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. Limitation of Liability – The User expressly agrees that in the event of any dispute in future between any person conducting the courses or a third party with the User in relation to the products listed for sale through the use of the Website, directly or indirectly, The User hereby agrees and accepts that in the event of any dispute arising between him/her and the seller (listing his product on this Website) at any time in future, We shall not be liable in any manner for such dispute and therefore, shall not be made a party to any legal proceeding, in future, if any, by the User.
  9. Modifications to the Services and Prices – Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  10. Termination – DigiQure may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service at its sole and absolute discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing subsection above, these Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until DigiQure chooses to terminate them. If you or DigiQure terminates your use of the Website, we may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Website and will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
  11. Governing Law – These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, India.
  12. Report Abuse – As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded to the Website. DigiQure does not review the contents in any way before they appear on the Website. DigiQure does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any user or any content generally posted or uploaded on to the Website as & when the upload facility is active on the website. Users can be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, etc. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report it to contact@digiqure.com.

    1. All content on this Website is the copyright of DigiQure except the third-party content and links to third party websites on the Website.
    2. Any systematic retrieval of DigiQure content to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without the express written permission from DigiQure is strictly prohibited.
    3. In addition, use of the content for any purpose not expressly permitted under this Terms of Use is prohibited and may result in legal action. As a condition of the User’s access to and use of the Services, the User agrees that he/she will not use the Website to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. DigiQure reserves the right to terminate the account of a User(s) upon any infringement of the rights of others in conjunction with the use of the Website
  14. General Terms for Offers and Promotions:
    1. Discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including VAT/GST and applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied. Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
    2. Discount coupons – Discount coupons may from time to time be offered to account holders; such coupons may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount coupon was offered and registered.
    3. Promotional discount coupons – We may from time to time offer promotional discount coupons which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
    4. DigiQure shall introduce various offers, schemes, or contests at different times. The terms and conditions for such a Contest shall be separately available on the Site. DigiQure reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces in the market from time to time. DigiQure at its discretion, can withdraw a particular scheme from the website or market.
