Have a good hair-day EVERYDAY!

- Have a good diet plan and stay hydrated: If you’re not getting enough iron or protein, this can lead to hair loss. Stay well-hydrated with at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
- Maintain a healthy hair routine. Do not wash your hair more than twice a week. Use coconut oil for oiling your hair 20-30 minutes before you wash your hair.
- Avoid using hair straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers and other styling tools. Use a heat protecting gel/serum while using styling hair products.
- Use sulphate-free and dye-free products.
- Vitamin C, Zinc and Protein stimulates a great add-ons you can incorporate in your routine because your body needs that extra push to heal.
- Being anxious and worried is natural. But try to meditate, do yoga or get involved in a hobby that keeps the stress away.
